Where is the QG Points card accepted?

You can use the QG Points card at any of the Quality Greens stores in the Okanagan including Kelowna, Penticton and Vernon.

Do I get points on products that are on the flyer or in-store special.

Yes you get points on all products, including deli, dairy and all products on special. The only exclusions are on the purchase of gift cards and wholesale purchases.

How do the QG Points work?

The points accumulate at 2% of your purchases, pre-tax. When you spend $50, you will receive 100 points which is equal to $1.

Do I need to reach a certain number of points before I can redeem them?

No, once you activate your card on line, you can redeem points on your next visit into the store.

Do I need to carry my card with me to collect or redeem points?

No, once your card is activated, QG can access your QG Points account with your phone number.

What happens if I lose my card?

If your QG Points Card is lost or stolen, email [email protected] with your name and phone number. Your points balance will be transferred to a new card which you can pick up at the store of your choice within a week – 10 days.

What if I don’t collect points on a purchase? Can I get the points added later?

Yes, email your name and phone number and your card number (if possible) along with a scan of your receipt to [email protected] and the points will be added to your account.

Why can’t I redeem my points?

In order to redeem your points, you must register your card at www.qualitygreens.datacandyinfo.com. If the card is not registered and the profile not completed, the points will continue to accumulate on the card when swiped, but redemption of points will not be possible

Will my points expire?

No, your points will never expire.
