Online Ordering - FAQ


Is there a minimum to what a customer needs to order?

Yes, $40 minimum before tax.


How far in advance does a customer need to place an order?

Customer orders can be placed at any time online for convenience and picked up 24 hours after order is placed. If we can get your order picked same day, we will let them know.


How will a customer know we have received their order?

Through email, a confirmation of receipt will automatically be sent to them.


How do I pay for my order?

Once the store has received the online order, a Team Member will call the customer for payment info prior to picking order.


How will my groceries be packed?

We will be packing ALL groceries in boxes. Customers can take the boxes, or they can transfer goods into other forms of bags once we bring order to their vehicle.

Are you going to pack grocery items like produce, dairy and deli items together?

Yes, unless specifically asked by customer not to.


What can we expect from Quality Greens?

High quality produce, and great shelf life on all products, if we wouldn’t buy it, we won’t pick it for you.


What are allowable substitutions?

Once we have the grocery list, anything that we don’t have will be substituted by a similar item automatically. This eliminates the need to speak to the customer on every item. Substitutions, if any, will be discussed when the customer is picking up their order. If you are not happy, we will refund you.


Where will my receipt be?

It will be stapled to the Online Order Form for the customer.
