Warehouse Customer Service /Administration

We are looking for a customer service/administrative support team member. This very diverse role includes customer service, taking orders, payments, balancing daily register, handling inquiries, inventory management (entering, counting, reporting) and placing or preparing orders. As well the invoicing, data entry, creation of weekly bulk email, maintaining the contact management of weekly email list and customer database are included with general administrative support for the warehouse team. Physical work also required with receiving and preparing produce orders for the customers. Applicants must be able to start their work day at 6am.

Full Time Supervisors - All locations

We are looking for outgoing customer-service oriented people who are hard working, health conscious and like to have fun! Our Supervisors provide support to the Manager and Assistant Manager. Our Supervisors are committed to maintaining store operational standards and product quality. Cross train to learn functions of other departments and develop knowledge of store operations. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are also very important. Applicants need the ability to do physical work in a busy and cool environment while working at a steady and urgent pace.

Grocery Coordinator

The Head Office team is looking for an individual to take on a part time Grocery Coordinator role starting immediately. This is a for someone with a knowledge of the varied Grocery lines carried at store level. Completing the orders for the stores along with overseeing invoicing, pricing, margin, signage and credit reconciliations is included. Working in the stores on monthly inventories as well as training the team members on merchandising is included with coordinating the weekly ad items, in store specials and advertising fees to suppliers.


Store Manager - Kelowna or Vernon

Our Managers oversee the operations of the store in all aspects, including: Store Appearance – quality, merchandising, cleanliness, Human Resources Management, Purchasing/Receiving and Product Inventory Control,Store Maintenance, Committed to maintaining store operational standards and product quality; Be accountable for financial objectives; Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and security; Work with Operations Manager to execute business plans. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience managing in a retail environment. Ability to do physical work in a busy and cool temperature environment is required. Must be able to perform within tight deadlines, work at a steady and urgent pace and enjoy providing excellent customer service. Must have strong communication skills to interact with team members, customers and Head Office personnel.

Morning Unloader - Spall Location

We are looking for a full-time or part-time morning unloader to support the outstanding team in Kelowna! Minimum of 1 year of unloading experience preferably in a grocery/produce environment with forklift certification. Ability to do physical work in a busy and cool environment is a must. Must be able to perform within tight deadlines, must be able to do heavy lifting (lift boxes of 40lbs) and work at a steady and urgent pace. Work within a weekly schedule which includes early mornings. Additional skills would include, experience in trimming produce and merchandising. Must also have an engaging and positive attitude to both team members and customers.

Deli Associate - Part Time Position

Our Spall Road location is looking for outgoing customer service focused individuals to join the Deli team in part time roles. Duties will include but not be limited to completing the Deli-To-Do List, knowledge of working and maintaining meat/cheese slicer, working knowledge of scale, following the Food Safe guidelines, knowing product codes, weighing items and receiving payment for goods.
