Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you will:

  • Provide support to the Manager and Assistant Manager;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Be committed to maintaining store operational standards and product quality;
  • Cross train to learn functions of other departments and develop your knowledge of store operations;
  • Promote various products and programs to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Preferable supervisory level experience in a grocery environment.  Must be able to do heavy lifting (lift boxes of 40lbs). Work within a weekly schedule which may include mornings at 5am, evenings till 9pm and weekends.

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Provide support to the Store Manager in all aspects, including:
    • Store Appearance & Maintenance 
    • Human Resources Management
    • Purchasing/Receiving and Product Inventory Control
  • Be committed to maintaining store operational standards and product quality;
  • Be accountable for financial objectives;
  • Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and security;
  • Work with Store Manager and Operations Manager to execute business plans.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience managing in a retail environment.  Must have strong communication skills to interact with team members, customers and Head Office personnel.
