Quick, easy, delicious and full of healthy ingredients. You can't go wrong with this recipe for a nutritious snack. Roll in coconut if you want a little extra texture.

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup carrots, shredded
¼ cup almonds, chopped
¼ cup raisins, chopped
¼ cup flaxseed, ground
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup almond butter
⅓ cup maple syrup
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, carrots, almonds, raisins, flaxseed, and cinnamon. Mix well, add the almond butter and maple syrup and stir until evenly combined. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Shape into one-inch bites. Store in freezer.
