There's nothing quite like fresh, homemade salsa! This salsa is easy to make and packed with veggies. Enjoy in tacos, on top of eggs or as a simple dip.
Combine all chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add seeded and chopped jalapeno to taste, depending on how spicy you like your salsa. You may want to add extra if you enjoy the spice. Add garlic and cilantro.
Drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
