A nourishing yet decadent dessert for fall and winter. Perfect with Okanagan pears!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place quartered pears in a baking dish. Drizzle pomegranate juice over pears. Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts on top.
Mix together rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon and lightly cover the pears.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until pears are tender. Try it with vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt.
