A protein & vitamin packed quick dessert!
2 portions
5 tbsp chia seeds
250ml coconut milk or almond milk
200g low fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp honey
1 kiwi sliced
1/4 cup blueberries for garnish
Combine the chia seeds and milk and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to overnight.
Once the chia seeds are ready, combine Greek yogurt and honey and mix well.
Place sliced kiwi along sides of two glasses and spoon a layer of chia pudding into glasses. Layer Greek yogurt on top and garnish with blueberries.
