Green Goodness Cucumber Apple Juice
This juice is full of vitamins, minerals and refreshing flavours! This recipe makes roughly two servings.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1-2 celery stalks
- 1 inch ginger
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Chop up the cucumber, celery and ginger.
- Begin by juicing the cucumber. Slowly add the apple, spinach, celery, ginger and lemon.
- Option to add water or coconut water to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into glass and enjoy cold.
