Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (Learn how to make it here.)
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
• 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
• 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream 

Directions

In a small bowl whisk together horseradish, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ground red pepper and sour cream. Enjoy!
