Pears With Blue Cheese and Prosciutto
This Christmas, make the most sophisticated hor d'oeuvre in 10 minutes and 5 no-prep ingredients. Just assemble!
Ingredients
- 2 pears (such as Bosc), each cut into 8 wedges
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup arugula
- 85 g (or 3 oz) blue cheese, cut into small pieces
- 170 g (or 6 oz) thinly sliced prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
Directions
1. In a large bowl, toss the pears and lemon juice.
2. Layer a slice of pear, an arugula leaf, and a piece of cheese on a piece of prosciutto and roll up.
