Classic Devilled Eggs
Creamy smooth filling to top delicious eggs.
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Peel 12 hard-cooked eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, place in bowl and mash with fork.
- Stir in mayo and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and refill whites with yolk mixture; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving. To garnish, sprinkle with a dash paprika.
