1 tablespoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
¼ cup tahini paste
Whisk all ingredients together or use an immersion blender or food processor for a smooth consistency. Add some water as necessary if the dressing is too thick.
