1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank's)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Coat the cauliflower florets with a mixture of cornstarch and oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange them evenly on a baking sheet and roast until they become golden, which should take around 20 minutes.
While the cauliflower is roasting, blend the hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is ready, drizzle the hot sauce mixture over it and give it a good toss to ensure even coating.
Serve these delectable cauliflower wings while they're still warm, and provide blue cheese and ranch dressing for dipping, along with some celery sticks.
