2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp white miso paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage and sliced cucumber.
