3 ripe avocados
1 small lime, juiced
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
1 small tomato, diced
1–2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp salt (plus more to taste)
Optional: ½ small jalapeño, finely chopped
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash gently with a fork to your desired texture (chunky or smooth).
Add lime juice, salt, garlic, and jalapeño (if using), and mix to combine.
Fold in the red onion, tomato, and cilantro.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed.
